Redemption Square Brings Salon Suites To Lake Houston Area

Eden Salon Suites will debut in the 255 Assay apartment and retail building in Generation Park’s Redemption Square lifestyle district.

The project of McCord Development encompasses a collection of 17 private suites for independent beauty professionals. The spaces will target occupants offering services such as hair cuts and color, massage therapy, manicures and pedicures, esthetics, makeup, tanning and airbrushing and laser hair removal. Eden is pre-leasing for individual beauty tenants to fill the suites.

“Eden Salon Suites is a great addition to Redemption Square and will provide the Lake Houston community with a beautiful environment to treat themselves with a variety of services,” said Ian Adler, McCord’s director of marketing. “Through the pandemic, we’ve seen an increased need for clean, safe spaces for beauty professionals. Eden totals 3,753 square feet, with most suites having floor-to-ceiling windows. The suites have modern fixtures, integrated storage, plush chairs and a variety of sink styles.

A project of McCord, 255 Assay contains 251 apartment units and 17,500 square feet of retail space. Deals are in the works to bring more restaurants to Redemption Square, according McCord.
