Daniella specializes in helping first-time homebuyers make their dream of homeownership a reality. She educates and guides first-time homebuyers throughout every step of their transaction. She also works with those looking to downsize because she understands that circumstances change or that some choose a more minimalistic way of life at times. She can also help buyers relocating from other states or countries, as she did that herself, and understands the complications of moving to a new area.
Daniella was born in San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. She moved to Lafayette, Louisiana, in 2005, were studied at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She obtained her BA in Political Science, where she concentrated in Pre Law and minored in Business Law. She then moved to Houston, Texas, in 2015 to study at Rice University to become a Certified Paralegal.
Having a background in pre-law and working in the paralegal industry for several years, she can communicate important information and educate both buyers and sellers effectively. She is detail-oriented, which keeps her organized and thinking ten steps ahead. She is passionate about Real Estate because she enjoys fulfilling her client's wishes.
When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Ayra, cooking and interior design. In addition, she enjoys volunteering and donating to the Houston Food Bank.
